For quotes on printers an email can be sent to quote@sun.ac.za. USB print cables & network cables do not come standard with the printers and quotes for these cables can be requested at quote@sun.ac.za |

Single function printer
A single function printer is a printer that can print only and has no other functions available.
A multi function printer (also called MFP all-in-one (AIO) is a printer which incorporates the functionality of multiple devices in one.
A typical MFP may act as a combination of some or all of the following devices: Printer, Scanner, Photocopier, Fax and E-mail
